They already recruited him lmao. He’s not under the radar, he’s the number 2 player in the nation at his position. If Michigan, Texas, OU, Deion, Penn state, Oregon, and A&M didn’t persuade him than

I think the most you can count on now, as far as who plays for you, is game to game. I’ve seen guys play against a team in the middle of a season, then hang it up for the year and transfer to that team in the off-season.
It’s already on the table, he declined. He said those schools didn’t believe in him as a QB. Only Baylor and UH did. If they come back and say now we want you as QB. I don’t see him being interested. Especially considering he could be a 5 star WR, DB, or QB. He could go anywhere if he wants to and get paid A LOT. Yet he picked Houston. I feel confident he will be on campus in 26

Just a cautionary tale courtesy of Ty Hawkins, 4 
QB recruit from San Antonio, via IMG Academy. Hawkins committed to TCU June 2023 and flipped to SMU June 3, 2024. The lesson all schools should know is just because a school gets a commitment does not mean the recruiting stops. Especially when signing day is over a year away.
