Winning a weakass FBS conference is no great accomplishment.

All the more reason for the P4 to separate and form their own division. Treating these small no-name schools with pathetically small fanbases and near $0 financial value as equal make even less sense than allowing all their champs an automatic spot in the playoffs.

----and that’s exactly why I really like the bottom feed teams that show up to a big time bowl game to play the “stars” of the top rated teams. Most of the time, the “feeders” use everything they have and get after it while the “toppers” always have the excuses of players sitting out and not playing, (infected hangnail on pinkie,-could hurt NFL chances) and if they lose then they were not at full strength, etc. Watched Montana, Wyoming, Dakota colleges, etc. and they still pretty much played the old way-get after it everybody. I get a kick out of one of them knocking off a “topper”, Notre Dame this year quickly comes to mind.

The most impressive wins in the Top 10, in my opinion were Alabama 42-10 over Wisconsin and Tennessee 25-15 over OU.

Oregon at 1 as I predicted. Dawgs move up to 2. Horn to 5. Blue Coogs creeping up to the top 10. ISU still in the top 10. Army and Navy what a reason.

The old PAC does have a team at #1, but that’s literally the ONLY team from the old PAC in the Top 25.

I always had a bad feeling about that conference!

Also Indiana is on the verge of being a Top 10 team and has a real shot at beating Michigan and Ohio State back to back.

We won’t get votes until we defeat an undefeated BYU (assuming UH wins over Arizona and Baylor)
