I’ll add that not only were we beating them (UT) in that window, we we sometimes absolutely annihilating them (aside, of course, from that disappointing loss in Austin)

Good for him…
He was never consistent under Holgorsen, and consequently never could crack into the starting lineup.
I had hope he would take the next step with better coaching under CWF since he had game experience, but the dude left the team halfway thru the szn.

My undergrad is in consumer sciences and merchandising which turned into consumer science and retailing. The masters is global retailing. Lots of athletes in there with me.

I’m sure he will enjoy the money increase but his playing time will most likely decrease. Very crowded and talented WR room.

Of note - the UT folks ask him pointblank whether Donovan Smith got the 1st down on that 4 & 1 that ended last yr’s game against them…I’ll let you hear what he had to say below.

-Felt that the UT game was the best game he played at UH
-Says that Donovan got the 1st down and that we would have beaten UT had the ref not screwed us.
-Mentioned that he and presumably the other players saw the picture of Donovan getting the 1st down on Twitter after the game
-Says that UT guys still talk about that game even now
-UT was supposedly the first school to reach out even though he heard from several when he hit the portal
